2. Please use 80% methanol water to wash the target ghost impurity collection column for 1ml / min, flow rate for 20min, and then connect it to the equipment for use

4. If the ion pair reagent is used in the mobile phase, it may adsorb the ion pair reagent and affect the retention time or peak type of the target substance. For this kind of mobile phase conditions, please determine whether to use the small column according to the chromatographic effect.
5. The life of chromatographic column is related to chromatographic analysis conditions, mobile phase brand and its purity. If the trapping effect becomes poor, it is recommended to replace it in time, but it can not be used indefinitely after being connected.
6.
