Target SCX (II)
Target SCX (II) special column uses strong cation exchange bonded silica gel as filler. The filler is optimized on the basis of original SCX. The uniform spherical particles have double functions of ion exchange and hydrophobicity. In the separation process under Pharmacopoeia chromatographic conditions, the peak symmetry of arecoline is good, and the theoretical plate number reaches 12282, which is higher than the theoretical plate number specified in Pharmacopoeia. According to the calculation of arecoline peak, it should not be lower than 3000.
