Target-NH2(II)
Target-NH2 (II), a special column for lactose, is obtained by bonding amino groups on silica gel with high purity bonding reagent. In the separation process under Pharmacopoeia chromatographic conditions, the detection of lactose and sucrose, the resolution completely meets the requirements of Pharmacopoeia, the theoretical plate number calculated by lactose peak is more than 8000, far higher than the requirements of Pharmacopoeia.

Chromatographic column: target-nh2 (II), 5 μ m, 4.6 × 300 mm
Mobile phase: ACN: H2O = 70: 30 (V / V)
Flow rate: 1.0ml/min
Column temperature: 45oC
Test: differential (40 ℃)
Sample: system suitability solution (1.0 mg / ml lactose + 1.0mg / ml sucrose)
Injection volume: 10 μ L
