Minimal nonspecific adsorption
The retention time of lysozyme (sample) on other SEC columns increased significantly with the decrease of buffer concentration in mobile phase, which had strong non-specific adsorption effect of ion exchange. However, the influence on targettm SEC column was very small, which made the protein sample analysis data more accurate and real.
