The HILIC column bed density obtained by using the unique homogenate filling technology is uniform and stable, which can ensure the highest column efficiency. This kind of stationary phase is based on silica gel with high purity and good mechanical stability. The surface of silica gel can be covered to the greatest extent by using high purity bonding reagent, thus ensuring the stability of the stationary phase. Thus, it can be used as a tool to change column selectivity and improve column resolution in the separation of polar and hydrophilic compounds such as carbohydrate, metabolite, acid and base, organic and inorganic ions, metal complexes, amino acids, peptides and protein hydrolysates.
