By using high purity bonding reagent, the coverage of single functional group and complete residual silicone alcohol base sealing can be realized to the maximum extent. The carbon content can be as high as 18.0%.● By strictly controlling the formation of monolayer and the chemical reaction conditions of tail sealing, reliable reproducibility between columns can be ensured. The filler is a uniform spherical particle with a pore diameter of 110and a specific surface area of 350m2/g. the surface coverage has reached maximization, so it has excellent stability in the range of pH1.5-9.
● when cleaning the chromatographic column, it can withstand the alkaline mobile phase of pH 11, such as methanol or ethanol containing NaOH aqueous solution. It can be used for the separation of acidic, neutral and basic organic compounds, such as drugs, polypeptides, organic acids, etc., especially those requiring high pH tolerance.
