Target-SAX(II)
Target-sax (II), a special column for sodium chondroitin sulfate, is prepared by bonding quaternary ammonium strong anion exchange groups on silica gel with high purity silica gel as the matrix and good mechanical stability. In the separation process of Pharmacopoeia chromatography, the resolution of chondroitin disaccharide, 6-sulfated chondroitin disaccharide and 4-sulfated chondroitin disaccharide completely meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia.Chromatographic conditions of sodium chondroitin sulfate
Chromatographic column: target SAX (II) 5μm, 4.6 × 250 mm
Mobile phase: A: H2O (adjust pH of hydrochloric acid to 3.5)
B: 2mol / L sodium chloride solution (adjust pH of hydrochloric acid to 3.5)
Flow rate: 1.0ml/min
Column temperature: 45℃
Detection: UV 232nm
Sample: chondroitin sulfate reference solution
