Target-ProA
Overview
● The Target ProA stationary phase utilizes porous polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) as the substrate. The surface is coated with a hydrophilic layer, to which ProA groups are covalently bonded. This affinity chromatography column is specifically designed for the rapid quantification of monoclonal antibodies during cell line screening, upstream bioprocess optimization, and quality control. It can be used for the quantification and small-scale purification of antibodies and fusion proteins that specifically bind to recombinant Protein A, as well as for the analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and Fc fusion proteins.
● The uniquely bonded, alkali-resistant ProA ligand exhibits lower ligand leakage.
●Excellent linear range, high binding capacity, and low carryover.
●Withstands higher mechanical strength, resulting in a longer service life.
