Targt-HIC
Overview
● The Target-HIC series of hydrophobic interaction chromatography columns are primarily used for the separation of proteins, oligonucleotides, and peptides. They are composed of non-porous PS/DVB particles bonded with butyl ligands, featuring two types of ligands with varying hydrophobicity from low to high (butyl and phenyl). The non-porous, narrowly distributed hydrophobic particles enable high-efficiency separation of proteins such as monoclonal antibodies (MAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and related protein fragments of DNA and oligonucleotides.
● The packing material for each batch is manufactured under a strict quality management system and quality-controlled using relevant biomolecules (e.g., IgG monoclonal antibodies) to ensure separation performance and batch-to-batch consistency.
