Target™ SEC is a full range of high performance volume exclusion chromatographic columns. According to the principle of dynamic volume, it is used for the chromatography of many different biomacromolecules Separation. The product is a high-performance sec volume exclusion separation medium developed by independent innovation technology. It is based on monodisperse porous silica gel and has pore channels ;T he structure is specially designed and coated with neutral hydrophilic layer on the surface of silica gel to minimize the interaction between analyte and stationary phase. It is widely used in biology Pharmaceutical medical and scientific research.Characteristic advantages

Minimal nonspecific adsorption
The retention time of lysozyme (sample) on other SEC columns increased significantly with the decrease of buffer concentration in mobile phase, which had strong non-specific adsorption effect of ion exchange. However, the influence on targettm SEC column was very small, which made the protein sample analysis data more accurate and real.
