Methods for cleaning headspace bottles and chromatographic

Chromatographic injection bottle is a container for instrumental analysis of substances to be analyzed, and its cleanliness directly affects the analysis results. This paper summarizes the various methods of cleaning chromatographic injection bottle, only for your reference. These methods have been verified by predecessors, and have good washing effect for fat soluble residues and organic reagent residues in chromatographic sample bottles. The cleanliness meets the requirements, the cleaning steps are simple, and the cleaning time is reduced, and the cleaning process is more economical and environmental friendly.
With the increasing concern of all walks of life on food quality and safety, chromatographic analysis technology is more and more used in food quality and safety detection, especially in the field of agricultural products detection, chromatographic analysis technology has been widely used. In China, a large number of agricultural products (other chemical products, organic acids, etc.) need to be detected by liquid chromatography and gas chromatography every year. Due to the large number of samples, a large number of injection bottles need to be cleaned in the detection process, which not only wastes time and reduces the work efficiency, but also sometimes results in deviation of experimental results because the cleanliness of sample bottles after cleaning can not meet the requirements.
Chromatographic injection bottles are mainly made of glass, rarely plastic. The disposable injection bottle has the characteristics of high cost, large waste and serious environmental pollution. Most of the laboratories reuse the injection bottle after cleaning. At present, the commonly used methods to clean the injection bottle in the laboratory are adding washing powder, detergent, organic solvent and acid-base detergent, and then brushing with customized small test tube. This conventional brush washing method has many disadvantages, such as large amount of detergent and water, long washing time, and easy to leave dead corners. If it is a plastic injection bottle, it is easy to leave brush marks on the inner wall of the bottle, which takes up a lot of human resources. For the glassware seriously polluted by lipid and protein residues, alkaline lysate was used to clean the glassware and good results were obtained.
In the analysis of samples, the cleaning of injection bottle is very important. According to the washing method of glassware, the cleaning method is selected according to the pollution degree.
Method summary
Scheme 1:
1. Dry the test solution in the bottle
2. All of them were immersed in 95% alcohol, washed twice and then dried, because the alcohol was easy to enter the 1.5ml vial and could be dissolved with most organic solvents to achieve the cleaning effect.
3. Pour in water and ultrasonic wash twice.
4. Pour out the washing solution in the bottle and bake it at 110 ℃ for 1-2 hours. Never bake at high temperature.
5. Cool and preserve.
Scheme 2:
1. Rinse with tap water several times
2. Put it into a beaker filled with pure water and ultrasonic for 15 minutes
3. Change the water and ultrasonic for 15 minutes
4. Soak in a beaker filled with absolute ethanol
5. Finally, remove and air dry.
Scheme 3:
1. Soak with methanol (chromatographic purity) and ultrasonic cleaning for 20 minutes, then pour methanol to dry
2. Then fill the injection bottle with water, ultrasonic cleaning for 20 minutes, then drain the water
3. Dry the injection bottle
Scheme 4:
1. Generally, it is first washed with clean water and then soaked in potassium dichromate sulfate lotion
2. The washing method of the injection bottle is the same as that of the liquid preparation. The others are the same. First, soak the sample with medical alcohol for more than 4 hours, then ultrasonic for half an hour, then pour out the medical alcohol, use water for ultrasonic wave for half an hour, and then dry it after washing with water
Scheme 5:
1. If the cost is adequate, use a new one each time.
2. If it is to be reused, the cleaning method is also very important. First, soak it in strong oxidation cleaning solution (potassium dichromate) for 24 hours, then wash it with deionized water under ultrasonic condition for three times, and finally clean it with methanol once, and then dry it,
3. Bottle mats must be replaced with new ones, especially when analyzing pesticide residues, otherwise the quantitative results will be affected. However, if conditions permit, disposable consumables should be used as far as possible.
Plan 6: if you still prefer to carry forward the fine style of diligence and thrift, the suggestions are as follows:
(1) Tedious cleaning and reliable results:
No1, sample
