Taget carbohydrate series analytical column is composed of polystyrene / DIVINYLBENZENE (PS / DVB) as the matrix, cross linked with various ions. Taget
There are three crosslinking degrees (5%, 8%, 10%) and five kinds of ions, such as H +, Ca2 +, Pb2 +, K +, Na +, are found in the packing of carbohydrate series analytical column
It is widely used in the separation and preparation of organic acids and carbohydrates, polypeptides and small biomolecules in cell metabolites.

H Fermentation products, fruit juices containing organic acids, alcohols and sugars
Ca It is especially suitable for the separation of monosaccharide, disaccharide, trimeric sugar, tetrasaccharide and sugar alcohol
Pb Pentose and hexose in wood products
Dairy products containing sucrose, lactose, etc
K Sucrose, honey, corn syrup, beet sugar and other plant products containing sugars (containing zwitterionic ions such as betaine and trimethylammonium chloride)
Na Low sugar, especially in the presence of heavy inorganic sodium ions, such as honey.

High stability
Target carbohydrate series analytical chromatographic column adopts excellent filler manufacturing technology and advanced filling technology, which ensures the high stability of the packing. Even at high temperature, target carbohydrates can be stable in pure water and other water buffer systems. As shown in the figure below, the retention time of acid is only changed by 0.5% after continuous flushing 578 times of column volume at 55 ℃ for 6 days.

The high inter batch reproducibility of target carbohydrate analytical column is due to the controllable surface chemical modification technology and strict monitoring of polymer resin production process.
