MS Technology disc membrane is a kind of microporous membrane with specific pore size. The unique pore structure of the membrane can produce a natural physical barrier with the ability to retain particles. We can provide you with various sizes of film with diameter ranging from 13mm to 293mm. At present, our main products include polyethersulfone membrane, mixed cellulose membrane, nylon membrane, polyvinylidene fluoride membrane, polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, polypropylene membrane and glass fiber membrane.MS technology wafer film product features:
High porosity: high porosity enables gas and liquid to provide a high filtration rate in each region. High porosity also provides a large surface area for adsorption and binding.
Diversity: there are many different types of filtration membranes, among which you can easily find the products you need.
High purity: all membranes are made of high purity raw materials and additives.
High strength: our membranes are tested for both rupture and tensile strength. Polytetrafluoroethylene film and nylon film have strong chemical corrosion resistance.
Nylon (nylon) circular membrane MS nylon membrane has very good mechanical strength, strong adsorption, can withstand most organic solvents and most alkaline solutions, especially suitable for the filtration of alkaline solutions. The diameter of nylon film is from 0.1 μ m to 5.0 μ m, and the diameter is from 13mm to 293mm.
MS technology wafer film product purpose:
For organic solvent filtration, such as HPLC mobile phase particle removal filtration, nylon membrane is more economical and practical than PTFE membrane. Nylon membrane can also be used as transfer membrane; due to the relatively high adsorption performance of nylon membrane, it is generally not recommended for the filtration of biological samples such as medium filtration or protein solution, so as to avoid the loss of samples due to adsorption. In this case, the mixed cellulose (CN-CA) with low adsorption and polyethersulfone membrane are usually used, which is more suitable.
